Pim Marijs is a Dutch missionary and ministry leader who has been serving in Ethiopia since 2010. Originally from Zeeland in the Netherlands, he studied agricultural science and first traveled to Ethiopia in 2009 for an internship, after which he and his wife, Gerdine Marijs, moved there permanently for mission work. He is closely associated with the work of Addis Alem through the Dutch foundation Stichting Addis Alem, which was established in 2014 by supporters of the Marijs family’s ministry. In Ethiopia, he serves as a country director and pastor trainer, overseeing church support, Bible teaching, leadership training, and social outreach initiatives.
